A Little More About Me..
My Story: Rebekah Hayward
As a Mixed Black, White and Indo-Caribbean Woman with Crohn's disease, belonging and inclusion have always been topics of importance to me. From a young age I have always had a deep interest in what inclusion truly is and knew that equity was a huge part in bringing justice to the diversity of humanity. From my various life experiences, personal interest and learning about inclusion to my many educational qualifications and work experience, working towards Equity, Diversity and Inclusion has always been my mission. The Inclusion Edit provides a learning platform where I share my expertise to bring you the tools and resources you need to support your organisation on your journey to equity.
